Cannot access Bios, Please press DEL or F2 to enter UEFI BIOS settings

Hi Guys

Thanks a lots for all the interesting reply's
The HDD in my wife's computer is a SSD Samsung 840 series and the motherboard in question is a Asus P8Z77-V LX.
I have had no issues with this Drive and the Samsung SSD drives in my system with Macrium on an Aus Z87 Pro so why now?
I removed my wifes HDD and plugged into mine so see if the drive was ok and i could open it (not as the operating system) and i could see all the files it out so i assume it is still in working order, so i am still thinking it is a boot issue i need to resolve and if it all fails the Board has 44 days of warranty left on it ?
I will go through all the reply's and hope for the best.

Thanks for the offer Wayne if i lived where my brother is at the bottom of Hepburn Ave it would have been good but i am in Northampton approx 500 klm up the road, so i spent another day Formatting 2 HDD 1 sata and 1 SSD and trying to load ISO images and Macrium rescue images, changing keyboards,cables,BD-ROM's,pulling battery's, and trying out all the suggestions mentioned here and more to see if i could get something to happen and the Bios is still tighter than you know what and i am still looking at Press F2 or Del to access the Bios and as a last resort i checked PLE in Wangara and found to my great delight i had 40 days left on warranty for the Motherboard, so after a quick phone call it was a done deal and it will be on the way to Perth tomorrow and then of to the Asus distributor down there for a fix or replacement, PLE built it so hopefully they can fix it or pass it on to Asus and i can move on to other things.
Whatever the results are i will let everyone know what the problem was.

Just received a txt message and e-mail from PLE computers in Perth informing me they tested the Motherboard and found it faulty and it has been forwarded to the Asus distributor for repairs or replacement under warranty.
So all is good and thanks to all for the help.
