Thumbs data base incomprehension

hi guys,
i have windows 7 pro 64
I just looked my thumbs data base in my folder:


and i have my thumbcache_*.db so far everything is normal , but i have more than 100 another file *.db with random name apparently!!

i don't understand why i have these data bases!!!!!
and it contains thumbnails of my pictures!!!

somebody can explain me?
