"COMCTL32.DLL Missing" (Not April Fools!)

    Theoretically, I could just send you the DLL from a clean system and you could replace the DLL with my copy, although you probably will have to do it from a Linux live disk because you won't be able to replace the file while Windows is running. Is the DLL on your computer signed? (right click, open Properties)

    That is not recommended.

    That's precisely why I didn't upload it yet, although Microsoft's own advice is to borrow the file from another computer, I might add. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...ually%20repair
