Hi Chappy First thanks for you replay .. the big problem chappy that there is no any program running when the windows start up only nvidia drivers .. Any the most thing that make my sad .. my vista now takes 10 sec on the welcome screen and the only running programs in avast and nvidia drivers ( it's clean fresh install ) month ago my windows was running with NOrton INternet security , MSN , Yahoo , Skyp and slidebar and takes only 3 sec on welcome screen !! how come ..I don't know.. i think my laptop performance is going down's new BTW i bought it month ago And here is My laptop spec inter core 2 duo P8400 2.26 3G Ram nvida 9600 Gt 3 Mb cash

Guys .. I found an update for my GPU through the windows update ..

But i can't installe it .. it gives me an error msg and here is the screen shoot for the error

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Final.

beta version has many faults in its explorer, i also experienced many problems with explorer. Finally i switched to vista again, i am continuing vista until i get latest version of 7.

What is wrong with my RAM?
I had 2 RAMs having 1 GB memory each. Somedays ago i iadded 1 GB of RAM more. All RAMs are from Transcend, no doubt about performance, but windows has started showing 2.5 GB of RAM in system information. In BIOS Menu it shows 3 GB. What must have happened? Please help.
