Each window opens in a new one!

On my Win 7 x86 everything was fine until I installed a Smartlunch Administration app. Now in Windows explorer, whatever folder I want to open by double clicking, it opens in a new window. Folder Options is set to open each folder in the same window but it does not work in practice

I think some registery changing has occurred.
How to solve this issue please?

    Thanks in advance.

    1. Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Folder Options
    2. The Folder Options window opens.
    3. If not on the General tab, click on it.
    4. In the Browser folders section click the radio button Open each folder in the same window.
    5. Click the Apply button.
    6. Click the OK button.

Thank you for your reply but did you read my first post when I said "Folder Options is set to open each folder in the same window but it does not work in practice."?

Ah, I did and it went right by me - I need a vacation to refresh my mind...

Try toggling that setting and see what happens. Failing that (whichn is likely will) you could uninstall the application which may have triggered the problem.

Get rid of the App you installed, do you really need it ?

No guys, I need that application. I also tried to toggle those setting (of the Folder options) but no success
I think some registery key is changed and I should return it to its previous mode (without uninstalling the app).

    Any idea?
