    You have really screwed up your computer, do a system restore to a time before you started having problems.

    I gave you the link for the tutorial in reply #9, just do a system restore, Good Luck :)

    I`m not even going to ask who installed Windows 7 Ultimate on your computer and if it`s a legal install.

    A password on a home computer is absolutely useless.

    And is only needed/recommended/mandated for an employee work computer, at the employers discretion.
