It's impossible to know for sure, a file can be tampered with in numerous ways, many times with destructive effects. You know, viruses often don't care at all at preserving the user data intact
Some software might claim to be able to do it. In any case, it's a marketing scam. Except for some very simple checks, no one can really, reliably repair some arbitrary corruption.

Forget about it. Delete and restore from backup.

    Thank you for your reply.

I know it's fine to forget it and be ready to back-up next ones to don't face such problems in future but since I need that file what way would you recommend me? That is, if there is some app that can help me to recover please tell me. Thanks.

What was this PDF file and where did it come from originally?

I wrote a Word file then saved it as a PDF file. My machine was infected. The malware destroyed both the Word and the PDF files. I think the pdf is less infected because its size is fine.

I think there should be some way at least. You all are professionals and discussing the issue here was my hope. :) Thanks.

How did you clean your machine from the malware infection and what anti virus software do you run?

Found several threads that talked about using Ghostscript to repair PDFs.
Here is one: How can I fix/repair a corrupted PDF file? - Super User

Ghostscript for Windows is here: How can I fix/repair a corrupted PDF file? - Super User

YMMV: I've never tried it so have no experience nor knowledge of how to use it. Hopefully the documentation will help.
