How to free up space in system reserved partition?

    hi,
i have windows 7 professional 32bit and the system reserved partition which is 100mb suddenly became full, i have only 5.8 mb free. When i click to see what is inside there is a folder which name is snapshots and there are 6 .dat files in total 64mb.Specifically their names are:
    control_{94e042a7-8691-11e4-98ac-806e6f6e6963}.dat 1KB
    control_{af3af67f-7810-11e5-8a1d-806e6f6e6963}.dat 1 KB
    layout_{94e042a7-8691-11e4-98ac-806e6f6e6963}.dat 1474KB
    layout_{af3af67f-7810-11e5-8a1d-806e6f6e6963}.dat 1248KB
    snapshot_{94e042a7-8691-11e4-98ac-806e6f6e6963}.dat 31437KB
    snapshot_{af3af67f-7810-11e5-8a1d-806e6f6e6963}.dat 31437KB
So like the title says what to do to return the volume to its previous size?
    thank you

    Hi Paul,
    interesting
    Follow this link from MS.
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...9-bbcd5c6630d9

    notes
You have at some point given that partition a drive letter and sent the data there. after you have removed snapshot you need to remove that letter.
    NOTHING else should be there
