[Windows Explorer] Sorting files in alphabetical order?

Is it possible to sort your files properly in Windows Explorer?

    The result should be:
    1
    2
    11
    File
    File 100
    New
    New Text Document
I did try How to Enable or Disable Numerical Sorting in Windows Explorer but it didn't resolve the problem.

    Any help is much appreciated!

So far the only solution to this irritating behavior is replacing Windows Explorer with XYPlorer which can sort filenames by base.

    Sort filenames by base
Check it to sort filenames primarily by base, secondarily by extension. Note that Windows Explorer
always sorts by full name (base + extension).
Is there another solution which doesn't involve installing additional software?

    I can't believe this sh*t!
