Evil WinLogon - Episode 2

Hello. (I am not sure, whether this thread is relevant in this forum, so please do not blame me for anything. Just tell me gently, if I got something wrong.)
For episode 1, see this or click here: Automatical Password-Lockscreen: Stuck in Black CursorScreen of Death

(great thanks for GoAky for his valueable help on my previous thread! I really appreciate any help.)
It happened again. This time, I did not have important sessions, but I would to know, where exactly the bug is, to learn, how to avoid this to happen ever again.
First of all, I did hold the power button and forced my computer to reboot. After that, I have PsSuspended WinLogon.exe, to avoid more trouble. I was paralyzed temporairly. I considered WinLogon as a digital KillerJo (do NOT Google it! It is the scary face from the Maze Game. ).
I did not kill it, because it's an important system process. Killing it would force me to log out instantly. But suspending it makes it impossible to shut down/log off/lock/change user/etc. and also disables STRG+ALT+ENTF and STRG+Shift↑+Esc.
(Please note:
STRG is CTRL, because Steuerung is the german noun for „control“.;
Entf is Del, because entfernen is the german verb for remove.)

Here is, what happened, as far as I can remember:

I just used AeroPeek a few times by pressing the left Windows button (which is the only one on my integrated Laptop-Keyboard) and the Space Bar. I think, that I might pressed Win+Space+L or Win+L+Space or maybe Win+L another time. I can't remember it that accurate, but it happened two days ago at around 21 o'Clock in german time. Suddently, I heard the windows logoff sound and this dreaded black screen appeared. The music and the FlightGear sounds did continue to run. I could still hear them through my speakers. But I was on this black screen with the mouse.

I had a repeated black screen, when I tried to install a font a few months ago. But I was able to escape by waiting a minute and pressing CTRL+ALTN+Del. It came again and again, so I decided to suspend the process WinLogon.exe. It worked then. I used ProcessExplorer or ProcessHacker for that.

But this black screen of death, which is known from my previous thread, is not escapeable.

However, I hope that this thread is not disrupting the 7Forums and that anybody can help me with this.
Thank you for considering my question.

Half Life 2 Might Never Get Episode 3
