Can you please assist. I want to upgrade from windows XP Professional to Windows 7 . I have microsoft office 2010 loaded on windows xp. Can I keep office 2010 when i upgrade to windows 7 without re-installing office 2010 again?

Unfortunately there is no Upgrade route available from XP to Windows 7, you will have to use a full clean install which would require you to re-install all your applications, (you would also need to make a backup of all your personal data - Documents, Photos, music Etc - as the clean install will not retain anything)
