Add batch file to the Start folder? (hide Safely Remove Hardware icon)

I have finally found a way to get rid of the annoying Safely Remove Hardware icon in the Task Tray that consistently works on my little computer.

    It is this batch file:

    from:

but I now need a little help please ....
It tells me to add the batch file to the Start folder but I am flummoxed and don't have a clue how to do that.
As it is I have to run it at each start-up and the fleeting black screen with white text comes and goes before I can read it properly.

You lot have helped me so many times here I'm hoping you can this time too please :)

Sounds like they want you to put in the Startup Folder at: C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup then leave a shortcut to it in there.

    Good Luck

Just for future reference: the quick way to get there is press Winkey r, then type shell:startup and hit Enter.
