Win-7-Pro64bit 7-H-Prem-64bit

I recently reinstalled win-8 it also had plenty of issues installing all Important updates,
I ended up having to load 50 at a time before they stopped failing so even 8 has it's issues

The nice thing is even 10 is getting lots of issues :)

Windows 7 Professional x64

You know what? I started to install Mac OS on this HP Pavilion and then I would have a pretty good Hackintosh. Here is the story with this computer. It has been a good computer very good. I purchased it used. It had Windows 7 Pro clean install. I used it for a few months then got a very dirty virus I call it the bad image virus. Everything I tried to open it gave a message bad image. I got it clean running several tools adw cleaner malware bytes. And a few others. It ran good until about December then programs started crashing etc. I got tired of that about 2 weeks ago and then decided to reinstall the OS. Then this week I try to add the features and see that they are blank. Maybe it will run good now and I will have no more trouble unless I get a virus. I will try to be careful it seems this one came right through Microsoft Security Essentials then a few days later it started picking things up.

Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Had the same issue recently and couldn't fix it no matter what. I'm not sure if it was due to some registry problems (maybe accidentally erasing something in the registry after using ccleaner) or it could've been due to bad sectors on my HDD (test showed I had bad sectors) and I was getting the same message as you did about the sfc scannow not being able to fix the problem. Installed another HDD. Cloned the old one and then re-installed the OS (the upgrade option to keep all the files....). Windows Features now works fine.

I'm not an expert or anything and I'm not sure if bad sectors were the cause of this -in my case- but have you tried checking the HDD for bad sectors ?

Turn Windows features on or off is blank, I've tried everything
Yeah, the list is just empty after loading. I've tried running sfc /scannow, system restoring back, I've ran a chkdsk on C:, I created a new admin account to see if it worked, I even tried this command: reg delete HKLM\COMPONENTS /v StoreDirty but still no luck. Any ideas? :s
