No it is not blank only Turn Windows Features on or Off. I have attached a screenshot. I do not know what you mean by the Factory Preinstalled Security. If your mean Antivirus it is MSE AV.

It's called Windows Tweaking it's a Windows Repair tool. It's not malware no need to worry. It was suggested as a fix.
    You can find it here.

    Hi,
No I was just wondering that's all you didn't post all the programs so it wasn't listed there :)

I did notice you have quite an assortment of net 4.6.1 ?

That could be because I used wsus offline to install updates. It was my first time using the tool and I may have installed them not needing them. I can uninstall them. But I am sure that is not related to the problem.

I believe I used offline net 4.6.1 installer too but only got one listing
Although net 4.6.1 is new and I did find it did not work all that well on a 32 bit machine I haven't seen any issues on 2-64 bit machines yet that is :)

Just sorting out some of the items that seem out of the ordinary so no they might not be related ?
The tweaking utility is the most interesting so it would be my first pick to possibly remove and restart and see if the features on-off comes back to life ?

There are several scans to run on the tweaking. The CHKDSK /F was one of then. I ran another repair also but it did not fix. There are no more to run unless I buy the pro version. The scannow /sfc concerns me it did show corrupt files. That may be it.

    Hi,
Well the norm is to restart and repeat sfc and see if the errors are fixed
I believe 3 times in a row might help otherwise something is definitely odd :)

I have ran it 3 times and no luck. I could post the CBS.log. Also I read somewhere where I may need to delete registry entries. I can do that but this looks difficult and hard to find the exact entry

Just thought I would post this. It's from another post about sfc.

It's also a myth that running sfc 3 time will help. If the file checker can't find the good file in the winsxs folder, no number of time will help.
How do you fix corrupted files found by SFC /SCANNOW?
