A Few Questions Before I Get a New Laptop (Mostly about moving things)

    Answer to your question is NO. You can move user files, system files can usually not be moved.

    So I can't move anything in my computer besides my account?
    Specifically, I'm talking about copying program files. I assume the answer is still no?

    You can move your data files but you will need to install your programs on the new machine.

    I actually did find an amazing laptop on newegg, but apparently there have been hundreds of complaints about newegg in the past year
