Should I Hide Windows Update KB3133977?

I have been reading the information about Windows Update KB3133977 causing systems to fail to boot.

    I have 3 Windows 7 computers:
    ASUS laptop
    Dell laptop
    Dell desktop.

I have set updates to be downloaded, but I install them.
All 3 computers have that update, but I have not installed it on any of them.
The instructions for how to fix the computer after it fails seem very complicated and it scares me.

    Should I hide it?
If I do, will it get downloaded again so I will have to watch for it every time I do updates?

    Thanks, cb

Seems to be causing issues with PC's that have Secure Boot enabled in the BIOS. I don't have Secure Boot turned on as it isn't needed on Windows 7 anyway unless you're dual booting with 8/10.

    Hi,
If your update settings separate updates properly this update would be in the Optional section and mostly ignored.
After installing Microsoft Update KB3133977 for Windows 7, some users may encounter a "Secure Boot Violation" , which makes the system fail to boot into the operating system.

If you don`t need it, hide it.

    You don`t need it.
