    Windows 7 frozen

So my grandmother has Windows 7 on her Dell laptop and it kept asking for Windows 10 upgrade so she clicked ok but now can't get into it we don't have a Windows 10 disk and Windows 7 already came in the machine so you don't have a disc for that either I can get into safe mode but then it's frozen and won't let me log in please help. The last picture is in safe mode but the entire screen is Frozen

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
I suppose first you should recover at least her personal files
You can use either of these linux tutorials
Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer

Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS

You can get either iso files for either win-10 or the version of 7 you had if you can tell use exactly what that was 7 home premium 32 or 64 bit and the language you need

    10 is downloadable here
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/techbench
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

7 is a little more trickier but you can do it yourself
Download Windows 7 and 8.1 ISO Images from Microsoft - gHacks Tech News
