How do we remove the disable Windows 10 registry entry?

This is why I have never bought an upgrade version of Windows. I only buy full retail versions. The upgrade experience never seems to go very smoothly and it's always much nicer to have a fresh start with a new OS.
Plus it means I can still keep my old OS running and not have to worry about MS licensing slapping me on the virtual wrist

I think MS may have stopped selling boxed upgrade versions now anyway, I haven't seen any being sold.

82! Huge respect to you there Jadinolf! My Grandad is 84 and wouldn't go anywhere near a PC if I paid him £1,000,000

I've never been able to just use a qualifying key to activate 10.

Haven't your Windows 7/8.1 keys activated a fresh install? If you use the phone option MS should activate the qualifying key since the November update was released.
