Selling PC, How to Clean User info from the registry?

    Hi All.
A friend is trying to sell a Gateway DX4870 PC and she asked that I move all her pics, music etc. to a portable HD. I want to wipe her personal data from the PC's HD and reinstall Win 7 but she doesn't have the original Win 7 discs that came w/the PC. Ive removed all her docs, pics etc., uninstalled most non-MS programs and removed her User ID but how can I make sure all her personal data is gone? When I search the family's name in regedit I get quite a few hits especially in keys similar to this:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion-Installer-UserData-S-1-5-18-Products\4EA42A62D9304AC4784BF2381208770F\InstallProperties

Thing is, when I run Ccleaner registry cleaner I don’t see those keys at all. Are there any other tools that clean user info from the registry? Thanks.

Are you able to remove the harddisk and connect it externally to another pc? then just format & wipe it; i recommend EaseUS Partition Master or Acronis
