deleted lots of registry before formating, can i repair it ?

lets just say that my dog deleted tons of registry(start>regedit>saw many registry >delete >evil laugh > tried formating was shocked by the fact that non of the exe file can be run after reinstalling windows.>) that are delete-able.

thus after this incident i tried to boot windows again via usb as i format the hardrive and begin installing everything was ok. i then proceed to intalls some drivers but windows CANNOT find path or run any of these exe that i have for example 7zip.exe or any exe files associaton.
i just need to know whether i need to buy a new desktop pc or is there a way to repair all the registry? . p/s i never create any backup before.

I'm not clear from your description about what you did or what you wanted to do.

But................if you do a clean reinstall of Windows, which you may or may not have done, you will get a clean, brand new registry, with no deletions, and should not have any path issues or any problems with a freshly installed 7 zip.
