Hi antonovich, welcome to the Forum.

It looks like your computer has a program called LeftSider. This software is designed for people that are accustomed to Mac operating systems where those items are on the left & not the right of the screen.

Either this program was installed by someone else on your computer or you inadvertently installed it yourself. Apparently it can be difficult to remove so read through this website & there is an automatic uninstaller you can download & run, rather than trying to do it manually, which this website also covers.

@ antonovich. Did you read my Post #3 which shows that you may have LeftSider installed & how to remove it.

Could you post back & let us know if LeftSider is the problem or not.

Leftsider only moves the buttons from the upper right to the upper left, like this,

You have what looks like a location malfunction, or something like that.

In certain geographic areas where they read from right to left the layout is reversed, start button and menu along with everything else like this,

What's strange is it looks like it's only explorer being affected, your start button is still on the left.

I really have never seen this before, what have you installed recently?

Have you tried a system restore to a point before this happened?

I suggest that you also try:

    • Scanning for malware
    • Running SFC

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
