@ antonovich. Thanks for getting back about LeftSider & saying it's not the problem.

Do you have WinRAR installed, if so this might be the cause of your problem.

Have a look at this website, which seems to describe your problem exactly & WinRAR is the culprit.

I suggest that you also try:

    • Scanning for malware
    • Running SFC

    Tutorial
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
I will try to restore go back a month or better. Nothing new installed. Interesting however when I turn the computer on all is OK as normal. But when I access the folders it will in time revert back to the screen shot. Then I reboot and all is well again until I access the folder two or three times??

Leftsider only moves the buttons from the upper right to the upper left, like this,

You have what looks like a location malfunction, or something like that.

In certain geographic areas where they read from right to left the layout is reversed, start button and menu along with everything else like this,

What's strange is it looks like it's only explorer being affected, your start button is still on the left.

I really have never seen this before, what have you installed recently?

Have you tried a system restore to a point before this happened?
Something strange! All is fine in the folder until I right click my mouse and then it reverts to the screen shot I posted. I can reboot and all is fine until i right click the mouse again.

Great job thanks for the help. I uninstalled WinRAR and that solved the problem. I updated it a couple of months ago as noted when I deleted it and that was the time this all started. Once again I cannot thanks everyone for their support.
