    That doesn`t tell us anything.

    Is it a RAR file ? An ISO file ? An Adobe file ?

    You`ll need the same type of program that created it, installed on your computer to open it.

    You downloaded it, you should know what type of file it is.

    It looks like the Downloads shortcut has lost it's path.

    Right click on the Downloads Icon and select Properties.

    In Target type C:\Users\*Your user name*\downloads Put your real user name in place of *Your user name*

    Click OK.
