You could try running a system file check. It should do the trick, here's a link to another tutorial on how to do that if you haven't before :SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
This will check for and attempt to repair any corrupt system files.
Not unless you've backed up the registry first. Let me look around a bit..... I'm about out of ideas I'm afraid. You should run sfc/scannow three times in a row though, just in case. I am thinking a repair install will be your best bet.
I don't see why not but be aware that you will lose any and all data on it when you download the .iso. I'm still looking for some other way but having no luck yet. You really should back up your drive after you get it going again, just in case something like this happens again.
Hello! I have successfully put the iso on usb, I have one problem after trying to install windows, I select Upgrade>Then it says
"The computer started using the Windows installation disc. Remove the installation disc and restart you computer so that Windows starts normally. Then, insert the installation disc and restart the upgrade"
Tried to do what its telling me though, I don't get it? I'm currently using a USB Flash Drive.

Yeah I have. Also I'm doing this all from booting the USB, I cant actually get into windows. haven't slept for 2 day trying to fix this.
It all goes down to the program OldNewExplorer, according to it's readme when downloaded (OldNewExplorer 1.1.8 - StartIsBack+ - MSFN)
It seems to create a shell and replace windows files. my problem started occurring when I clicked install, and restarted my pc.
