    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

Go here and download the Media Creation Tool, this will allow you to create a bootable version of whatever Windows 10 you need.

Sorry Shadow 2201 but this link won't open the window. Of course with these criminals at Microsoft who have commited a denial of service for Windows 7 they are now trying to figure out some way to end up charging an arm and a leg to get the new version. These crooks could teach the mafia how to operate legal thievery.

If you feel that strongly, you might consider just using a different OS.

What is making you think that they are criminals?

Here is me again. The simple Layback Bear.

I have never known Microsoft to make anybody buy anything.

They offer products and or services. Some are free and some come with a price.
Take as many free ones as you care to.
Buy only the ones you want to. If the price is more than one wants to pay; just don't buy it. Find a alternative if you can.
Selling products and service dose not make a company a criminal.

Can't get much simpler than that.

Guys, it's a very interesting discussion, it seems that some people don't like Microsoft and don't want pay for software, but nevertheless they use it!

HI Sue and welcome to SevenForums,
Even the free win-10 upgrade costs the price of a qualifying 7 or 8.1 license

I also paid to upgrade win-10 home to pro just for group policy and the ability to block more stuff in win-10
Can't say I use win-10 much now but I do have it on 2 of 3 machines in addition to having win-7 on all 3 which is the daily driver for all of them.

I'd say most issues most people have with Micro... is the way they have gone about pushing win-10 more than the software it's self
It has been a fun year trying to keep win-10 off machines where one might not want it
Like I said I already have 10 on 2 machines so it serves no benefit of having 2 more win-10 licenses on a single machine :)
