Hello Kharl mate I am assuming you can cold start this machine so try getting into safe mode and just for starters run these if you haven't already
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

    if no go then

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
    Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
    AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

If this is a laptop pull the battery and the AC cord and hold the power on for 30 sec to a minute. Now boot without the battery just the AC. Keeping the battery out is to test if there is a battery issue.

If its a tower, pull the AC and hold the power on for 30 sec to a minute. Plug it back in and boot.

    Let us know the results.

Good one Lance and Karl mate try this if you want to get at the data
    BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Download Ubuntu Desktop | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.

There ares several Linux based boots you can use I find this the quickest and easiest to make and use

Now I am also thinking of malware and in the case of it not booting I would suggest this Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10

    you dont understand right?

the system IS ON and it is responding to everything BU TNOT to the restar, suspend hibernate command
    nethir ctrl+alt+del
neither any physical buton related to suspend hibernate or power
the hdd activity led reespond to the commands the caps locks turns on and off, the num lock also works BUT the screen is black

what you are suggesting me is to force shut down the computer, i dont need sugestion for that if i force to shut down and turn it on back again the problem will be gone

    Hi Kharl,
The comments above are designed to help you
Have you actually run the Anti-malware requests??
IT certainly sounds like you have not!
The options to hibernate/sleep, have you turned them OFF???
Malware certainly can change your defaults
As for notepad, UNTITLED entries will only overwrite the currently open/live TEMPORARYILY saved version
I suggest if you want to save >>ANYTHING<< for the moment create a new folder and send/save it there.

    RUN THE MALWARE SCANS
    (and ESET on-line)

It would also be usefull if you filled in your system specs.

    Now RESTART
There is >>NOT<< any option to remove IT

Shutting down ANY computer automatically logs you out
You in my opinion have been hit by a virus

ANYTHING found by AV/AS cannot be considered as trash!
an explanation as to the type of malware is produced against the found object - PUP/PUM etc.
Please run ESET on line (dissable Avast)
Then run the Avast PRE BOOT scan
    then sfc /scannow

    Something is definately wrong
    post the logs
