Appears to be your standard Helvetica Regular:

Oops. I thought Windows came with Helvetica as it’s a well known font, but apparently not.

This is probably what you see in Windows.

    Exhibit A: Not Helvetica

This is what you’d see in OS X macOS.

    Exhibit B: Helvetica

    Edit:
Yep. It’s pretty much a perfect match.

    Might be this:

There seems to be many near identical fonts.

Have a look and see if this helps

Personally I think it may be some form of Microsoft's alternative to Helvetica, - Arial we actually have a version available on the forum

    It’s totally Helvetica.

Definitely not Ariel. Look at the 1s—the bend in the serif is less obvious in Arial’s case compared to Helvetica.

Arial is shipped with many operating systems and Microsoft does not own Arial, nor did they contribute to the font’s development.

The Arial typeface you see when you view this forum is not the forum’s copy of Ariel; it is the local machine’s copy of Arial that’s being used. This forum does not seem to transmit any font resources.

It can be very difficult and in some cases impossible to identify a font from a sample of text.

There are thousands of fonts out there and many have only subtle differences. Different operating systems, including different versions of Windows, can show the same font face in slightly different ways. Even different applications on the same computer can show differences.

    Why does it matter?
