    Some font icons are Chinese


    Hi, I've noticed that some of my font icons are displaying as Chinese characters (see attachment). I find this extremely annoying. Is it normal or can I fix it?

    Perfectly normal, allows windows to display correctly wherever you are

    It also looks like you may have show all files set, based on the lighter nature of the system fonts, which will often show system files that are not normally visible

    You can delete these files but they are likely to be repaired by windows and reinstalled, or cause the system to malfunction

Chinese font display problem

I believe this happened after I did something with the registry after using CCleaner, and now my computer displays Chinese in two fonts (standard font for simplified and bold for traditional, I think). Can someone please help me find a way to fix this?
In Windows 7 Ultimate, Font names in MS Word display in English with "DF" in front of them. Is there any way to make them display Chinese? The system is English with Chinese (Trad.) MUI, and Office 2003 Cht. Also, a lot of Chinese programs display gibberish (*&!@^%#$) when launched, such as the...
