Windows starts on a black screen instead of desktop window
Hi
In a nutshell : After login I find a black screen instead of the desktop and an error message appears : "explorer.exe - error: the application was enable to start correctly (0xC0000022) ". The later another popup appears: there as a problem starting c/:windows/system32/WerConCpl.ddl" Access is denied".
In details:
When I turn on my computer, I reach the logon screen where i choose my account, type my password, windows logs in but instead of reaching my desktop, I find a black screen and a popup appears saying "explorer.exe - error: the application was enable to start correctly (0xC0000022). Click Ok to close the application". A bit later another popup appears saying :"there as a problem starting c/:windows/system32/WerConCpl.ddl" Access is denied".
Using Window Task Manager I can start some application (firefox, starcraft2, vlc, thunderbird,...) but I cant open a pdf file for example, nitropdf cant start, the same popup appears: "nitropdf : eror: the application was enable to start correctly (0xC0000022). Click Ok to close the application" . I cant open files, or softawre such as Deluged (torrent related). I would say any application that needs Windows Explorer to work wont start, whereas stand-alone application are able to work properly.
It all started long time ago, once upon a time, explorer.exe refused to start properly sometimes (same symptom as now: blacl screen at start), so I had to use Window Task Manager and kill "explorer.exe" and start New Task, xplorer.exe and the problem was solved. Then Windows started telling me I should do a disk check, I always refused but one day it tricked me and did it while starting, it fixed the hard disk by spotting a few dead block and quarantine them but I think some of those blocks were critical (which was what i feared and led me to always refuse the disk check) and since then I have the current problem I described beforehand.
So i have a samsung, intel corei7, windows 7 home premium, 8go memory.
I cant find again the DOS command I tried already, so probably one of you will propose me the same command again and i'll say that i already tried it :) It was a command with an option that checks Windows files and is supposed to repair the system files if they are corrupted but it doesnt find any problem.
Any suggestion is welcome, thank you in advance for your help.
