Manufacturer error screen looping after restart

Roughly 2 hours ago I went to restart my father's computer to install Windows 7 updates. While restarting, I received the attached image instead of the loading Windows screen. No matter which of the option given it always will loop back to said screen after a brief Windows loading screen.

F1 key loops it back
Delete key gives me an error sound and will not proceed
F12 gives me a BIOS screen, but if I exit it, I am given the same manufacturer screen

His computer is a Gateway SX2802

Most probably is Hard disk failure.

The 2 sentence from below, Port 3 Device Error

SATA Port 3 is the Seagate hard disk
Also it mentioned S.M.A.R.T. Cable as Status BAD

Need to remove the Hard disk.
Hence it will always show this screen if you do not remove the BAD HDD.

Remove the HDD from SATA Port 3.
You need to open the casing to remove the SATA HDD.

Go to BIOS and select the IDE HDD to primary boot.
Primary boot to IDE HDD which is also Port 3.
Which i think that IDE HDD is primary boot in BIOS setting.

It looks as though the hard disk on port 3 has failed, though with you unable to use the delete key to get into BIOS, there may be a fault in the motherboard.

Something that you could try would be to unplug the hard disk and see if BIOS goes any further in the boot sequence. If it does go further, you could try plugging the hard disk into port 1 or 2. It's possible that just port 3 has gone, or as I suggested, there might be a problem with the motherboard since you can't get into BIOS.
