windows 7 stuck on startup 6.1.7600.16385

Accidentally deleted drivers for mouse and keyboard (I know I’m an idiot). Tried to restore to an earlier working time, 2-3 weeks before problem, but after restart my computer automatically boots up startup repair which cannot fix the problem. Here is the error message:
    Problem signature:
    Problem event name: startuprepairoffline
    Problem signature 1: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem signature 2: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem signature 3: unkown
    Problem signature 4: 21200603
    Problem signature 5: autofailover
    Problem signature 6: 4
    Problem signature 7: failureduringsetup
    Os version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

Computer is a dell xperion..tried the datasafe restore program. Just brings back to same issue. Tried everything to fix with no luck. Don’t own windows 7 cds they weren’t supplied.

    Please help

Welcome to WSF quig. Can you boot to safe mode With Networking? (Start tapping F8 on boot up. When the menu comes up select safe mode With Networking ) If so go here ---> DELL Drivers & Downloads Put in your Service Tag number Or the exact make and model of your system. That will bring you to your correct model. Download the drivers you uninstalled and reinstall them. Reboot the system.
