Cannot copy and paste any file

Hi everyone who is looking at this post!

I could not copy and paste any file and it always led to "window has stopped working".
Can anyone help me up with this? I tried do system restore however it isnt working.
However, dragging a file is able to execute.

    Thank you!

Make sure that you've got all the latest drivers through Windows Update and the latest version of the programs you are using.

If you can not get it working, I use a program called TeraCopy (it's free). Before it starts copying the files you selected, it creates a hash of them. After it's finished, it checks the hash of the copied files to make sure they match.
