Method for checking .REG file success

Aside from the obvious task of navigating to a registry key that has been altered by way of a .REG file, is there any other way to determine if a custom .reg file was successful in its task? More so, whether or not access may or may not have been denied to a specific registry key?

When you run a batch file, you can look over the results in the command prompt and see which commands were executed successfully or were denied, so I guess that is more what I am wondering is possible with reg files

Looks like the method is built in automatically as I received an error box stating that not all the keys were successfully altered however, determining which key is the next step...

Looks like I found the culprit (it was only 10 keys) however, I still wonder if there is a way to create an overview to determine the key without proper permission.
