Blank CMD pops up everytime i start windows

So for a couple of days theres been cmd popping up every time i start up my pc and it shows for 1 sec and disappears, i checked my running processes and scanned with hitmanpro and malwarebytes and also checked procexp and i don't find anything strange there, any reason why this is happening?

    Welcome onboard.

Start > In the Search field type msconfig > msconfig.exe > In the System configuration Window Startup

That will show you all the stratups. Check which program runs the Command Cmd.exe

In my case it is the AMD Accelerated Video Transcoding device initialisation. ( It can be some other program like Nero etc., too)

As long as you know that it is a genuine program starting and closing it you need not bother and can let it be as I have done/do :)

If you want you can uncheck it to keep it starting/staring - sorry scaring you at startup :). I wouldn't advise modifying/deleting the Registry "Run" entry pertaining to it though.

What programs/drivers did you install in the last couple of days after which this CMD screen is appearing?

Next seeing is believing. Post screenshot/s showing all the startup items for us to examine.

If it overflows the main Window , scroll it and take the screenshots (more than one screenshot. In my case I have to take three such screenshots to show all startup items. Make sure you do not miss any startup item)
