comp_ter crashed and reloaded on new hard drive with man_ problems

As seen some of m_ letters on the ke_board are not working so please bear with me. laptop crashed and new hard drive installed and then reloaded from external hard drive. since then I cannot access an_ _pdates, tro_bleshooting an_thing, and some of the ke_s do not f_nction. Please help

Hello and welcome now some system specs would be handy so hard working with something we don't know about System Info - See Your System Specs

Now you say you reloaded from an external source just what was the source on that drive?? because to me at least it sounds like during the install things have been corrupted along the way. Also looks to me there may even be a problem with the keyboard with the underscoring of u and y.

I am the one _nderscoring the letters in hopes of people _nderstanding what I am writing lol. M_ external hard drive is a seagate 1 terrab_te. S_re hope this helps.

External hardrive. Seagate is the model and it is a 1 T. Downloading b_ _SB connection
