How to cancel automatic maxmization to full screen

With multiple windows opening, I like to move one different position. but the automatic maximization of one window to full screen is annoying.
Who can help to stop this fancy thing?
    Thanks!

    Hello Alexor,

This can help show you how to turn that off. :)

Aero Snap - Turn On or Off

    Hope this helps,

If you haven't noticed, Aero Snap does more than just maximize a window. It will Maximize only the height, help divide the screen with 2 windows and other such things. I felt the same as you when I first encountered it, but I am back on Vista now and that is one of the things I am going to miss.

Check out the tutorials Shawn posted.
