Windows Fails to Delete a File, Can't Even Identify It

Hey, everyone. Recently, I've gotten into music production with FL Studio, and I just exported a song. For some reason, the exported file can't be run by any program, and my computer is really slow. I'm 90% sure it's this file that's slowing my computer.

My CPU load is constantly at 100%, with half going to explorer.exe and the other half to dllhost. When I try to delete the file, it says "Preparing to recycle", then where it should show the location of the file, it just says "from", with nothing following it. I'll link a picture for a better idea.

Hitting cancel doesn't close the window, it just says "Canceling..." Properties doesn't open on the file, either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try stopping it via task manager, it should also show its description, then delete it via program files.

maybe the files are corrupted, first run a chkdsk on your system drive and if you still can't delete it, try unlocker, I used it many years ago for files that were corrupted (weird filenames and unreadable). Here's a post about it
