    I can't get to option to add user, only to look for existing, windows


    I'm trying to add a username, another administrator. Control Panel, User Accounts, Manage User Accounts is the path I've followed. I've also tried going in through administrative tools. Help!?!

    Try "Control Panel" then under "User Accounts and Family Safety" click "Add or remove User Accounts" then click "Create New Account" as here:

    In addition, you may be able to create a new user account using an option in the tutorial below instead if you are unable to use the usual method.
