Sleep Mode - User Button in middle of screen on wakeup

I know how to set the sleep mode in Control Panel - System & Security - Power Options but how can I bypass the User button in the middle of the screen when it wakes?

In Power Options Advanced Settings set Require a password on wakeup to No.
Here is a tutorial with screen prints and more info:
    Password - Require on Wakeup

Thanks DavidE for the response but I dont care about password, I just want it to go straight to the desktop upon wakup, without having to click on the User button.

Is that possible with sleep mode?

    Thanks

Try setting the change i suggested.
For me it allows going straight to the desktop even when i am logged into an account with no PW.
It's an easy change to test, if you don't like it, reset it what it was.
