Not refreshed Background (Parent) Window while Window Drag

I need to capture video of my Windows 7 screen operation and I found a very disturbing thing
what can be wrong while capturing. When I move a window it's background app does not refreshing but then when the window header is released.

I tried these options in Windows 7 but nothing could solve.

Can't drag window with all graphics
When I'm trying to drag window to move, it doesn't move with all graphics. While dragging a window border appeared. After that when dragging is done, whole window appeared. How can I solve the problem? Please help.

Explorer - How to open parent folder in a new window?
In Windows XP, I used to Ctrl+click the Parent Folder button (folder icon with a green arrow pointing up). There's no such button in Windows 7 and I can't find a way to do it using the keyboard. Is it possible? Thanks, Oren
