Failed to connect to a window service

    Hi
I was trying to log into my laptop and after I select the user it gets stuck on the logging screen. I forced shut down and restarted, didn't help. So I went to system restore and restored at earlier point, that didn't help either. Logged in in safe mode ran ccleaner on registry fix.

Now the laptop starts and logs in after some wait however everything is messed up. I get the error 'Failed to connect to a window service'. The wifi isn't working and also the event viewer is corrupted. Any help would be appreciated I really do not want to clean install again. Thanks

The last message is can't find proxy server unless you set this it's often malware. First check the disk for errors open a CMD prompt type chkdsk c: / f it will say disk locked test on start say yes

When I start the laptop it automatically checked files on C drive and deleted a lot of index entry however it this didn't fixany of the problem.
