NVIDIA and the fingerprint driver are both working?

Alright now for that Base System Device...

    Do this...

Open Start->Right Click Computer>Manage->Device Manager (Left Hand panel)->Right Click on the Base System Device->Properties->Details->Choose Hardware IDs->Copy/Paste the info there in a post here

I will tell you what it is and provide the driver

If I know the DEV and VEN strings of the device than I can tell what the device is and also provide a driver for it

Excellent advice from all who are helping this guy get his computer running.

A word of advice (that most of us know from experience) is that before installing a new OS is to do the homework (We have all been on the losing end of installing something and then finding out we screwed up).

I have found that whenever I want to do an OS upgrade or change I get another HD and install it on that. That way the previous OS is intact on the initial HD and can be re-installed if the new OS has a problem. After kinks are worked out on the new OS the system can be cloned onto the previous HD for a backup. Sure saves the heartache. HD's are cheap.

This would be your RICOH Memory Controller drivers or this device is what controls the port where your memory stick, SD, SDHC, and others I can't remember go

Lets see if we can find you a driver for it

Alrighty here is the driver for the RICOH Controller...

    x64 here

Run the driver in Vista Compatibility Mode just like you did for the fingerprint reader

If any yellow devices remain, follow my post above and we will get the drivers for them also
