DXDiag crash everytime it does a DirectShow check

Hello, everyone, I hope someone can help me with this little issue.

Recently, I updated my AMD graphics drivers to the recent version and when I do a test using DXdiag, it crashes everytime it arrives at the DirectShow checking, showing me this error.-

After that, everytime I run Dxdiag, it ask me to avoid DirectShow checking. If I answer yes, the program runs fine, but if I answer no, it crashes with the same error message.

Any advice, help or suggestions can you give me (that doesn't be revert into the last AMD driver, reinstalling Windows and/or making an In-Place upgrade) will be really appreciated.
If you need my laptop's full specs, let me know. This is happening on Windows 7 32 Bits, btw.

    Hi,

Try doing a graphics driver uninstall, then reinstall it. At times when it upgrades to new drivers it will do that. You can roll back your drivers to the ones that worked before. What are your AMD specs?
