Getting 0xc000007b when starting a game + other problems

    Hi

Last week I bought new parts to upgrade my computer, the parts I bought were ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 ROG Strix Gaming, Intel Core i7-6700K (upgrade pack consisting also of Maximus VIII Ranger motherboard and 4x4GB DDR4 RAM) and that's when my trouble started.
At first my computer was useless because the computer for some reason was unable to install several drivers so I couldn't use the internet or use a different computer to download the drivers, put them on a USB and transfer over.
In the end my brother told me to reinstall windows which I did, I have Windows 7 Proffesional 64-bit, and then I came across more problems, when I tried to run NBA 2k17 i got the error that MSVCP110.dll was missing, after several different fixes I just downloaded the file and put it in the system32 folder, that fixed it, but then I got MSVCR110.dll is missing, I did the same fix and that cleared that problem, but now when I try to run NBA 2k17 I get 0xc000007b error message and I can't seem to fix it.
I would also like to add I have tried to run Guild Wars 2 but I get a different problem with it, the game sort of starts, I can see the icon show up in the taskbar at the bottom but it's like 50% transparent and nothing happens, if I open Task Manager it just says GW2 not responding.
Anyway I have tried several fixes, I have tried reinstalling the redist files but they just keep failing for some reason, I get a looooooong list of what the problem is, I have tried running all the windows updates that show up, tried reinstalling the games, in the end I ran a program called AIO that's supposed to solve the issue but it doesn't, still I get the same error message when trying to run NBA 2k17 and I get the same issue with Guild Wars 2.
Does anyone have a clue to what the problem is?

Try to install the game in compatibility mode or clean boot.
