Hmm that is a strange shot mr0869 there are not many programs and I am not sure I would have that driver software or that internet manage r program on my machines - just what do you use them for??

See my pic and follow what I have written on it it is a list of my programs. If you could send back a shot of what you see it would be good.

Hmm not many programs my friend not even CCleaner - almost a pre-requisite.
I do notice you have Bittorrent listed - not a fan of torrent stuff so wondering if you should run some malware scans if you have been sing that a lot.

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
    Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
    AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)

and lets ee if there is any nasties there
