Okay that MyWinLocker program seems to be a bit of a problem. The driver was deleted by the fix and must have caused the BSOD.

Try booting in safe mode with command prompt.

    Option One here: Safe Mode

Choose "Safe Mode With Command Prompt"

    then type:

    %systemroot%\system32\rstrui.exe

    or

    rstrui.exe

    Press Enter.

Hopefully you will get a list of system restore points so choose a recent one.

Cuurently I'm at work. Assuming that you get your machine to boot into windows I'll post another fix to remove only the MyWinLocker shell extensions and leave the rest alone. Then copy & paste should work but it will require some thought as to how to remove MyWinLocker entirely.

Try running system restore again from command prompt then. If it seems to hang for ages just wait for it to complete.

If all else fails it looks like you'll need a Windows 7 install disc (or Windows 7 install USB)

    Startup Repair

Not sure why you get a BSOD problem after using system restore.
