only thing that looks off to me, cpu fan is going to 100% /100c is it overheating?

The fan goes loud just before it crashes too but not sure if that's the reason

also no gpu atm but that shouldn't rly affect anything

You wrote that the disk is old. Is it from a laptop?
Did you do a Clean install or is the same OS that was running on a previous machine?
    What is the MoBo manufacturer?
Does it crashes during loading Windows or under the BIOS screen?
And YES, 100º is 212ºF and it is VERY hot. It should never go above 80ºC. The CPU and / or MoBo can shutdown to prevent damage on the CPU.
Did you put a thermal paste over the CPU before adding the heat sink?

My other hd isn't really to old, but yeah it's the same os from my other machine. I tried using ddu to clean drivers, my motherboard manufacturer is asus
it crashed when it says loading windows and half way through displaying the little windows logo
There is already thermal paste too fresh

Skylake MoBo are completely different. And they need new SATA drivers.
What is Windows 6 64bit? (vista or 7)
Can you boot on Safe Mode?
