    Must I download everything again?

I had to begin all over so I saved my Programs and Programs x86 files from my Hard drive to a usb drive before starting.
I noticed they seem to be missing the .exe files when I tried to copy them back on the fixed computer.
I downloaded a few of them already but they are going to use up all of my 50GB data allowance if I continue.
Is there a way I can put these programs on my computer from the saved Programs files?

On Windows, when you install a program, it doesn't only copy files to Program Files or Program Files (x86).
It makes changes to the register, add settings to C:\ProgramData and user settings to user AppData.
In other words, to be sure it will work and you wont waste your time, install them as usual.

Why didn`t you save your programs installers overtime ?

You don`t always have to download a new version when an older one works just fine.

Start saving all the program installers after you download them so this never happens again.

A 16 or 32 GB flash drive should be more then enough space. (If you`re needing 50 GB then you are installing too much garbage)

If you`re like me you have a lot of favorite programs, that you put on an install without thinking twice. You don`t want to go looking for and downloading them all the time.

Whenever you do a clean install you have to reinstall all your programs, you could have done a repair install instead.

This way you could have saved all your installed programs and data. (Data should not be stored on your Windows partition anyway)

    Repair Install

Unless you had some serious problems.
