    As I wrote before, It can be a group policy as your company may be blocking access to external devices to avoid people copying data to it.
    Ask the IT people about.

    Run Regedit and see if you have:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies
    "WriteProtect"=dword:00000001

    If you do have it:
    to enable
    "WriteProtect"=dword:00000000

    registry usb write restriction - Google
