    Windows 7 doesn't Startup

I'm on Windows 7 32-bit OS Service Pack 1 on a Gateway PC with 3GB of RAM

Here's the thing, I will try to explain it at best I can

The problem started like a 3 weeks ago,

It was going slow like Bootups take like 10 mins, In a Week it got bad I can't get in my PC, But now I can't

    - Turns on PC, Boots to the main screen, Get to where to says Starting Windows with no microsoft logo
    - It goes to the Startup Repair, after that..still won't boot in to Windows

I had to reinstall Windows like back in September, Went ok, It was going so slow

Reinstalling again, Nothing, I get a Bootmgr Currupt when I try to run the DVD I downloaded Win 7 with my friend gave me the key to activate it

Me thinks: Motherboard or the HDD

    Edit on my 3DS Browser

No, didn't understand "I'm a PS3 Browser, It won't let me line break, Not even in Editing...."
It seems that you may have a disk failure.
Boot from your Win 7 installation disk. Go to repair and launch CMD. Type chkdsk c: /f
If it finds bad blocks or bad clusters, you have to replace the HDD.
    Also run type sfc /scannow
